At KOI Perfumes, we take great care in getting your order to you safely and on time. Every bottle is packed with love and shipped with speed — because good things shouldn't make you wait.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — ₹99
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days) — ₹199
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹999
International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. Delivery typically takes 10–15 business days depending on your location and customs clearance. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS within 24 hours so you can follow your package every step of the way.
